My third flat in Hannover - Oberricklingen, 3 rooms, 61,04 m² on the top floor, which already is the second floor this time. The corridor is much smaller than in the last flat and cool thing is that I own the whole 2nd floor myself because I am living here on my own, all neighbours are below me and I got the biggest flat of all in the house.
The bedroom (~ 14,36 m²) This room lies next to the livingroom but at the end of the flat so it's a bit hidden from the rest of the flat. Like in my first bedroom the carpet had to be blue again.
My workroom (~ 12,14 m²) This time my workroom had to be bigger than in the last flat that had been far too small and as you can see on the pictures it really is bigger this time! The ground plan of my third flat in my eyes is much better, even if the whole flat is about 20 m² smaller than the last one!
My livingroom (~ 20,30 m²) My new livingroom, much smaller than in my last flat and even a bit smaller than in my first flat what I really could see when I had to put my furniture and stuff in there, it's been cramned. It has the positive effect that it looks much more colourfull than in a bigger room where white spaces on the waals has been left before.
